About INFORMN, Inc.

A Delaware C-Corp building geometric intelligence for critical infrastructure protection. Initial focus: dam and water infrastructure cascade detection.

The Company

INFORMN, Inc. was incorporated in Delaware in March 2026 to build geometric intelligence for critical infrastructure protection. Chad Boulanger

Ten years, two exits, same operational technology environment. The architecture pattern is consistent: edge intelligence for infrastructure that cannot afford latency, applied to environments where the physics of the problem outpace the speed of human coordination.
